Getting There
To walk from Canterbury West Station to The Thomas Tallis Alehouse, you’ll have a pleasant journey through historic Canterbury. Here are the directions:
- Exit Canterbury West Station and head southeast on Station Road toward Station Road West.
- Turn right onto Station Road West and continue straight.
- At the roundabout, take the first exit onto St. Dunstan’s Street.
- Follow St. Dunstan’s Street as it leads you straight into the heart of Canterbury.
- You’ll pass by charming shops, cafes, and historic buildings along the way.
- Continue on St. Dunstan’s Street until you reach a junction with the A28.
- Cross the A28, and you’ll find The Thomas Tallis Alehouse on your left at 10 Northgate.
Along the way, you’ll see:
- Canterbury West Station: A Victorian railway station with its distinctive architecture.
- St. Dunstan’s Church: A picturesque church located at the beginning of St. Dunstan’s Street.
