Getting There
To walk to The Lighterman Pub from King’s Cross Tube Station, you’ll want to head southwest on Euston Road toward York Way. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
- Exit King’s Cross Tube Station and head southwest on Euston Road (A501) toward York Way.
- Continue straight on Euston Road for about 0.3 miles (approximately 6 minutes walking).
- Turn left onto Goods Way and continue for about 0.1 miles.
- Turn right onto Granary Square and walk for about 0.2 miles.
- The Lighterman Pub will be on your right-hand side, located at 3 Granary Square, King’s Cross, London N1C 4BH.
Along the way, you’ll see several notable sights:
- King’s Cross Station: One of London’s major railway stations, known for its distinctive architecture, including the new Western Concourse.
- St. Pancras International: Adjacent to King’s Cross Station, this Victorian masterpiece is now home to Eurostar services to mainland Europe.
